An hour long interview in front of a panel. Panel was made up of people from the department I was interviewing for and other areas of the company. Most of the interview questions were related to giving examples of experiences and my performance in other position. Nothing tricky or particularly challenging, you either had the experience and skills they were looking for or you didn't.
