I submitted the resume via the UCD Library jobs and was called for an interview. A panel of three people interviewed me for the Carlson Health Sciences Library student assistant job. They were friendly and did not make me feel nervous.

Describe a situation in which you had to help a customer at the library.
We were scheduled for our individual interviews and asked common questions about our past experience as well as questions to gage our personalities. This included questions similar to the normal 'If you could choose any....what would you choose', type of questions.
