The interviewer was very chill and made sure to keep me relaxed through the process. It was not a very formal interview as the person who interviewed me was a student who was looking to hire assistants to work under her.

Phone interview, than in person interview. It was very relaxed and open. The people were very nice and cordial. Mostly they just asked about my past experience, then asked if I would like to do the job they described. It is important to be truthful with yourself for a job like this, because in 6 months you will hate it if you don't like the job to begin with.
