      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at UC Santa Barbara (Goleta, CA) in Sep 2014

      Interview

First there is an information session. We would practice in pairs phone scenarios. After that if you were interested in applying you would leave your name and phone number and in the next few days you would receive a call. The phone call itself was very straight forward. She didn't exactly as questions as it was a test to determine whether or not you could hold a conversation as a telemarketer. At the end of the call she would invite you to training the following week. Training was an hour of practicing and then the next 2-3 hours were actual cold calling. It was very fast as this a job that cycles through hundreds of students quite frequently.
