Once I submitted my application I received a call to interview pretty quickly. The interview itself was an hour long and consisted of a two person panel. I was asked a series of questions intended to confirm my qualifications and ability to execute on the type of events the position would be responsible for. Some of the questions were hypothetical, intended to gauge how I would manage unexpected situations. I was also given a piece of paper and asked to fold into thirds as the panel carefully observed my approach. Lastly, I was asked about my hobbies and what I like to do in my spare time.
