Built a multilingual COVID-19 Question Answering system using mBERT and XLM-Roberta models.
Primarily focused on building and training the Reading Comprehension part of the QA system, including collecting and processing the data, and performing machine translation on large-scale natural language datasets.
Casual, asked questions about what relevant experience/coursework I brought to the table. Coursework weighted more heavily. Only one interview was done, and then was offered the position. Definitely stress free
The professor introduced existed projects to me about VR techniques and computer vision, the process is casual and needs the students to speak more actively. The environment is rather comfortable.
