This is not an easy interview process. The staff is looking to put together a very diverse, yet still cohesive staff. The interviews really expose your ability to work as a team, think on your feet, and provide honest information to incoming students and parents. Interviews include a quiz-style interview where you answer questions about the LASAR (academic requirements for letters and science), student panel where you work as a 4-person team to answer questions from "parents," and a group interview filled with small team exercises.
