Laid back interview in their office. Asked to be considered for the job, had the interview and got the job afterward. The administrators are very friendly and I wasn't nervous at all during the process. There was a 1:1 portion as well as a physical portion. If you have done the lifeguard training and are in decent shape, the physical portion shouldn't be a problem.
