Interviewed with a team of potential coworkers. Very friendly and relaxed vibe. Nice people who put me instantly at ease with a joke. I was very unhappy though to realize that they already knew who they planned to hire. This is typical with UC as they must post job listings to comply. When I wasn't offered the job, I got a glowing review. But it is frustrating with this organization that they usually do know exactly who they intend to hire. Go to the interview for the experience, but do not get your hopes up no matter how great the interview goes.
