Interview
I had a new grad interview several years ago. It was very professional. There were 5 people that interviewed me in a round robin fasion. They asked various questions ranging from experience to when I made a mistake in the past. I talked about my past expereince in ortho and my brothers accident.
The interview process was virtual due to Covid. It lasted about 45 minutes and there were several people on the call asking questions. I started by introducing myself and then they got into the job position.
