Recruiter spent 25 of the 30 minutes of the phone screening telling me about an unrelated job I was not applying for, and finally realized we were both speaking of two different positions with 5 minutes left. Unprofessional and unfortunate waste of my time. I followed up with an email afterwards and never heard back the following week they said they would be in touch with me over the phone screen. I got an email this week saying they chose a different candidate for the role without ever following up with me for an interview with the hiring manager as discussed. Poor experience and would not recommend.
