Why do you want to work in the a Health Related field?
I submitted a general resume, then had a zoom call with the nursing manager and assistant manager, and finally had an in-person meeting with the unit nursing manager. It was all straight forward but I was quizzed on vitals and situations where I had to make hard decisions.
