The interview was easy and pleasant. The recruiter told me that they would pass my information along to the hiring manager, and I would hear a follow-up. I never got any follow-up or communication around not moving forward. The job has since been reposted. The lack of communication and transparency (especially for an HR role) is incredibly disappointing.
