Really disorganized, interviewer didn't want to be on phone. Missed initial interview time and then spoke negatively about the workplace. I don't want to work here now. Definitely reflected poorly not only on UCSF but also his boss.

This process seemed slow and a bit disorganized. Took a month after submitting my application to schedule a phone interview. After that, took about 1-2 weeks to schedule zoom interviews - much of the follow-up and follow-through coming from my end. There were multiple 1x1 interviews. They all read from the same script/list of interview questions. Looking back, they probably wanted different examples given to each interviewer despite saying giving the same example across different interviewers was ok.
