UCSF Health interview questions

Brief interview conducted by HR regarding submitted documents followed by arranged, in person interview conducted in unit/clinical setting of interested by the hiring manager. Overall, the process is fairly informal but does require some improvisation and introspection.

Started as a temp, hired on full-time process took about 7 days. Met with the team, hiring manager, and program manager. Was working primarily with insurance authorizations and scheduling. The staffing agency provided me with EPIC training and was able to start right away
