Overall standard pharmacist interview in an academic hospital setting. There was a good mix of fair yet challenging clinical based questions paired with the classic situational based questions (STAR format questions).

Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a supervisor
Met with members of the pharmacy department, as well as nursing. There were multiple small group sessions which allowed me to get a better sense of the hospital and the culture.
