I was scheduled to interview with 3 groups of 2 individuals over a 2 hour period. The first 2 were from pharmacy administration, the next 2 were from central pharmacy ops, the last 2 were from the outpatient oncology dept. The first hour I was in the basement pharmacy conference room, it was informal and I felt very comfortable. The second hour I was sent over to the outpatient oncology department where I met with the interviewers in their work environment then we went to the oncology conference room for the interview. Again, it was informal and I felt very comfortable during the interview. During the entire process, I got the impression that they were trying to learn what type of person I was and if I would be a good fit for the team. They did ask a few basic interview questions.... "What are your strengths and weaknesses?, Where do you see yourself in 5 years?, Tell us about your job history?, Why did you choose to apply for UF Health?".
