Interview
Very laid back and easy. This was not a difficult interview. The mostly asked me questions about myself and not for specific knowledge of the job. I would say this interview was relaxed in many ways.
1:1 with two nursing managers. I went to their office after touring their unit. I brought my resumé and different forms of ID. Additional note: I don't work as a CNA anymore, but I think it is imperative that you ask the current CNAs how they like their job. They will be honest and tell if they are feeling supported by management, nurses, and other CNAs.
