UFG Insurance Auditor interview questions

Initial phone interview with HR, followed by a manager interview that I was told went well. Completed two more interviews with senior employees, which also seemed positive. HR said they would inform me of their decision within a week, but after 3.5 weeks of silence, I was finally told the position was filled—no explanation, no apology for the delay. Unprofessional handling of the process.
