I met with a recruiter at my college career fair. After about 2 weeks, I received a call from a recruiting coordinator from their main office in Michigan. 2 weeks or so after that, she set me up with a supervisor interested somewhere closer to home. They are really easy going and it was easy to converse with the guy over the phone.
