I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UKG (Weston, FL) in Oct 2016
Interview
The process took 3 days. A recruiter called asked me several common interview questions, then described the training program and at the end of the phone interview she asked me about my availability to come for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was scheduled for the next business day. It lasted for about half an hour. Very pleasant communication, but they chose not to proceed with me.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Orlando, FL) in Sep 2019
Interview
For me, the interview process went fairly quickly. I applied for the role online and two weeks later I had an email from a recruiter at Ultimate Software. I had a quick phone interview that afternoon. The next day a video interview and assessment test. The final panel interview was the next day via Skype and I had an offer within hours. I was very impressed with their swift interview process!

Question 1
I was asked how I have handled a problem with a customer and what was the resolution.
I was really disappointed with their interview process. I received an email then a call from one of their recruiters. I took an assessment test which had nothing to do with the job I was applying for and then had a one way recorded interview which was very odd coming from a company that states they put people first. A Skype interview would have been more personal. After the interview process I no longer was interested in working for this company. How can you say you put people first and you’re interview process is everything but that. Major need for improvement.
