sloppy at best. Long periods of nothing where I would then follow up and finally get an interview on the books. I interviewed with 3 people and they all gave me very positive feedback. Those interviews were followed by 2 weeks of no communication at all. When I reached out I was told I didn't have enough management experience, which is odd, since I do, and we talked at length about my management experience and I was told the management exception at UKG would be very similar to what I had done. The whole experience makes me feel like they are not really serious about hiring and are willing to lead candidates on with little or no intent to fill positions. They have had lots of turnover and layoffs lately so that's probably not a good sign.
