Three part process, first beginning with a basic phone interview, then second panel interview and competency component. The phone interview was basic interview questions and the panel interview was more of an in depth personality assessment.

Interview
It was the worst process and longest I’ve ever been through. I applied November 17th, had my first interview on Christmas Eve, and did not receive a response until the 3rd week in January. I find this highly unprofessional and as if the postings UMB has have no intention on being filled- as the credit analyst role is still posted after being told they found a candidate. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted. One of the scheduled interview times I had, my interviewer didn’t even show up.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UMB Financial Corporation in Apr 2015
Interview
very relaxed standard interview. Tell me about yourself extra. No "hard" questions. The people were really nice and the company is great. Didn't offer an annual bonus and have to train for 9 months at their corporate headquarters. They kind of low balled the salary but still a good company
