Interview questions [1]
Question 1

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UNC Health (Chapel Hill, NC) in Apr 2016
Interview
It'll take them a little bit but once they get a hold of your resume it goes pretty fast. You interview with HR which is fairly simple, basic job questions then you interview on the units you have applied/they've steered you toward. If you'd like to work there no matter what I'd mention you are open to working in different places and you will likely end up somewhere. They have a whole list of questions they can ask you, but each level will only select a few. They are the same questions many hospitals will ask. I would review your history and be ready to have specific stories of strengths, weaknesses, difficult times, easy times, the type of day you like/dislike, times you made changes or suggested changes, patient care scenarios, stuff like that.

Positive interview process, great communication from recruiter and hiring manager. Recruiter was very responsive. Short interval between applying and hearing back. Interview questions were very standard. Just a good overall process.
