      Graphic Designer Interview

      Jul 11, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UNC Health in Jun 2025

      Interview

I applied for the position and received a rejection email in less than three days, stating I was no longer under consideration. About two weeks later, I began receiving multiple emails inviting me to interview for the same role. The email chain revealed internal disagreements among the staff about the interview’s length, scheduling, etc. Additionally, I was asked for my contact information, even though it was clearly listed on my resume. How did they even email me in the first place without it? These inconsistencies suggest that the company has a disorganized hiring process, unprofessional conduct, be significantly understaffed or reflect deeper issues within the workplace culture. If this is how candidates are treated, it raises serious concerns about how their employees are treated as well.
