Competency interview focused on my resume and cover letter. Basically asking me about why I was interested in the internship, what the biggest challenge I ever faced was and what my strengths and weaknesses are.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UNDP (Islamabad, Islamabad)
Interview
Very easy, and straightforward. Asked your usual interview questions. Shared stuff about the role. The interviewer and I went to the same university, so there were also university centric questions like what I was studying and courses I was taking.

Please introduce yourself and what you are currently studying.
They made a mistake and gave me the wrong date. The interviewer warned that I would be doing overtime during the weekend. The questions were all generic and to be expected.
2 interviewers (those who would be my supervisors, not HR/recruitment personnel) 4 questions that should be answered in approximately 5 minutes each, then 5 minutes at the end for logistical details and questions, and opportunity to ask questions.
