Pretty bureaucratic, there are IQ-type tests and essays before the interview process starts. Interviewers consist of a panel of HR and the division you are applying for. Pretty bureaucratic, Pretty bureaucratic.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UNDP (Islamabad, Islamabad)
Interview
Very easy, and straightforward. Asked your usual interview questions. Shared stuff about the role. The interviewer and I went to the same university, so there were also university centric questions like what I was studying and courses I was taking.

Question 1
Please introduce yourself and what you are currently studying.
They made a mistake and gave me the wrong date. The interviewer warned that I would be doing overtime during the weekend. The questions were all generic and to be expected.
2 interviewers (those who would be my supervisors, not HR/recruitment personnel) 4 questions that should be answered in approximately 5 minutes each, then 5 minutes at the end for logistical details and questions, and opportunity to ask questions.
