After a lengthy online application form, I was invited to participate in a technical test. Overall, the test took around 3-4 hours. After submitting the test, I received an email about a week later with an invitation to a 30-minute interview which was conducted by Skype audio. Questions were primarily technically-focused with a focus on examples of past projects and my specific roles within those projects. I received a notice that they had gone with another candidate about a week later.
