I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at UNICEF (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had a written exam, followed by a panel interview (competencies), followed by a second panel interview (technical). This was great, but the HR communication was not. I was provided misinformation about what to expect, and was told I had to interview at 3:30 am in the morning, without flexibility. I was told the last interview was an 'informal chat' with the Deputy Representative, when in fact, it was a panel interview grilling me on my technical knowledge. This was not a good experience.
