I was contacted to schedule an interview. No screening interview. Hour long interview was through Zoom, with mostly behavioral questions. The job turned out to be more events-focused. There was no guidance or expectations set about a second interview or next steps. When I contacted the hiring manager for feedback, I was ghosted.
