"I wanted to share my interview experience with UPL, although I'm not a current employee and couldn't select the drop-down on Glassdoor. Initially, I received an email about a job vacancy. Based on the JD and level, I replied that I was seeking more senior-level opportunities. However, a day later, I received a call from the HR manager who mentioned they had multiple openings and said they could consider fitting me into a position regardless of title. I proceeded with the interview, which involved 2 HR representatives and 1 technical lead, who was pleasant. I've been following up with the Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR for feedback on the interview to understand if there's room for improvement or if I'm a good fit for the position. However, I haven't received any feedback yet, leaving me unsure about the outcome. Recently, when I called the same HR manager, my number was blocked, and the TA specialist never picks up calls. This lack of communication and professionalism reflects poorly on the company culture. Employees deserve better treatment. Hopefully, things improve for those currently working there."
