The phase I participated in was a video interview where I had to record responses to pre-recorded interviews. While most of the questions were high-level questions about my professional experience, some prompts weren't questions at all, which made a part of the experience confusing. The platform itself allowed for re-takes and worked reliably but it feel impersonal when everything was so clearly automated.
