Interview
Applied online and was contact for a phone screen about six weeks later. A few days after that I was contacted to schedule an interview. Interview was about 50 minutes with two engineers on Zoom. They said they would contact me to tell me either way about an offer after the interview, but I haven't heard anything in over a month. Biggest red flag was that they said they could contact me at any time of day or night (i.e 2 AM to drive to a UPS facility if there was a problem). In my opinion that isn't worth the $60-65k salary range they quoted me.
