Applied online for package handler. Was given an appointment for 5am. Met HR rep who quickly walk about ten of us to a conference room where we were told about the job. Then we were taken on a brief tour of the building. If we were still interested in the position, the we were asked to come back the next day.

Do you think you can be on your feet for 4-5 hours without a break?
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
