I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (East Brunswick, NJ) in Nov 2016
Interview
I received a phone call after submitting my resume for an on line application. Was asked about my availability and location in the event of being on call. I was then contacted a few days later for a one on one interview the next day which I accepted. All went well but there was no option as a live in technician. I asked for $20 per hour if I was going to have to commute and be on call. I received a call a few days later letting me know that $20 per hour was not in the budget.
