Interview
The HR rep gave me and about 10 others a tour of the building and preload operation early in the morning. She was clear about how challenging loading would be and then signed me up for an interview later in the day. It was a run-of-the-mill interview. Not high stress, but none of the people I toured with made the cut except for me.

What experience do you have with hard physical labor?
no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
