You apply online and they will give you a call to come in. You come in and they give you a tour of the building and tell you stuff you might be required to do. Then they sit you all down and tell you how hard of a job this will be and ask if you want to leave. Then he talks to you individually. I applied when they really needed people during peak season, so it wasn't really an interview, just an informational thing.
no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
