I applied online and the next day a HR representative called me to set up a online Interview. I was offered the job right after the interview and I accepted. They were very nice and I begin orientation in a few days. Hopefully, that will go well. Overall I am very pleased with my experience.

no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
