The head of UPS North Cal District Plant Engineering gave me a personal call, and asked to meet in person.
They did a walking interview as we toured one of the new automated facilities and asked about my background a little but mainly wanted to know where I wanted to work and when could I start. They were looking for ME's at this point so it wasn't a difficult interview by any means.
