Phone interview after resume screening. The phone interview did not ask some skills in a deep way. It was rather checking some basic points, trying to see the fit. And it did not take too long. And the interview was very kind enough to answer all my questions regarding the position. There were actually some different yet very similar jobs posted. It will be a good idea to ask questions after answering the interviewer's questions.
