Was told about UPS's mission and growth opportunity. My skills did not exactly match their needs, but my degree and general knowledge helped. Ultimately they were more interested in people that could help them grow and improve operations.

The interview was by video. I was interviewed by two managers. They asked me a series of questions relating to the position & what was on my resume. I answered them accordingly. They then proceeded to give me a background of that particular position.
