Interview
I met with recruiters at a career fair and was invited to interview on the spot. The next day I interviewed with one Industrial Engineer one on one and it was pretty straight forward. We just discussed my previous experience and the day to day of an industrial engineer at UPS. I was offered the position after two days.

Describe a time when you had a conflict in the work place and how you overcame it.
Good experience, professional questions were asked. Apply online, screening, interview. It was a standard flow that met expectations and are clearly communicated. I was happy with the process overall. They were very nice, thank you.
Virtual; very personable and informative on the position, company, and interviewer. It lasted around 40 minutes and was given a timeline for moving forward at the end. Interviewer was enthusiastic and did a great job making interviewee feel welcomed.

First step was a phone interview. Then I had a virtual meeting for a manager interview. Last virtual meeting was a team interview with 2 other members who I would work closely with.
