I had an initial screening online. I received an email, if I remember correctly, telling me to come into the distribution center for an interview. It was a group interview, with separate one-on-one sessions. The hiring manager asked me few questions with any significance. It was mostly a lecture about how difficult the job would be. I passed the initial round, and was cleared to continue with a computer-based training module. I then attended a week long driver training school before starting as a driver.
