I worked as a seasonal UPS Driver Helper previously and received email to work this season. I clicked the link which signed me up for a Brown Friday Hiring Event. The interview was NOT done by UPS. The interviews were managed/conducted by INDEED via ZOOM. Myself and one other applicant were in the Zoom room where we waited for 40 minutes for our INDEED interviewer to show up. The INDEED interviewer NEVER SHOWED up. UPS has not contacted me to set up another interview, and in fact stated " Thank you for your interest, but we have no interview appointments at this time, We will contact you when one becomes available.". INDEED hasn't contacted me about their no-show or to reschedule.

Smooth and very easy to pass. Just speak and they will tell you what they have for you. You have nothing to be worried about. Just be ready to answer the phone.
Easy and quick, no problems at all I went straight through to the orrientation and that only took a few hours so thats pretty good you know I enjoyed the process
Phone with a supervisor. Super convenient and super easy. Affable man with tons of experience. Couldn't be happier. Later went in for an in person interview and to pick up gear.
