I applied online. I interviewed at UPS (Palm Springs, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Interview was over the phone. It took like 20 minutes asking whatever you missed on the online application. I took a picture of the driver license, insurance card and registration and sent it by text message. The HR then explained what is expected from you and that the hob is only temporary. Then the pay and training
process. After they check all the documents they sent a link where you will sign electronically. After you finish they sent another link to start training.
