Interview
Initial Phone interview, Personality test, Memo test, another phone interview, HR interview, Job offer
An HR person calls you to introduce you to the position, then they set a date for a personality test. You take both tests at the same time - personality and memo. Then you go through what they call a panel interview with some other what seems to be an HR person on the phone. They ask you what if questions. If you pass that, then you get an interview with HR manager and get the offer. No where in this process you get to meet the Operations team..
