Interview
Applied through Linkedin. Heard back within a week. Was asked to fill out a questionnaire relating to passed experience with project management, autocad etc. Scheduled a 25 minute phone interview where they asked the same questions as the questionnaire. Then had a follow-up zoom interview with 2 engineers. Received an offer 1 week later. I declined offer as pay was $25.40 per hour and job was only offering 25 hours per week, they were not willing to negotiate wages.
