The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Edison, NJ)
Interview
Interview process was very easy. Recuiter's call, phone screening, then hiring manager interview with team member and peers. Technical and behavioral questions were the highlights. It appears from the taking to the interviewer that the technical ability of the people working there is better.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at UPS (Timonium, MD) in Feb 2008
Interview
The interview at UPS was fairly easy. I met with the project lead and 2 other leads. The technical questions were pretty simple and generic C++ questions such as inheritance, polymorphism, constructors, etc. There were also a few SDLC concept questions. There were no white board exercises. A large part of the interview was also non-technical. There were many questions in which the interviewer attempted to reveal my character and personality. Overall it was a positive experience but not a particular difficult interview in all.
