I applied through college or university. I interviewed at US Army (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2024

      Interview

Four officers interviewed me to see if I was a good candidate for OCS. There was an O4 and three O3s. They asked me leadership and life experience questions. Keeping the answers short is important because no one wants to hear your life story.

What’s a major weakness you have that may hinder your ability to be an officer.
