No interview really. Once you get called in they don't even interview you. Just need to pass the background check. I thought I was going to get interviewed but they just finger printed and asked basic questions about yourself. Again it wasn't an interview. I already had the job, they just want to place you where you want to go.
Time consuming. So many hoops and pretest. Lots of steps followed by extremely slow responses back. Time consuming. So many hoops and pretest. Lots of steps followed by extremely slow responses back. Very unexciting too.
